Lead Specialist

As part of a development team, this individual will have development and support responsibility for business users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution, and accountability for delivery of requirements, documentation, technical design, testing, and implementation of new code. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required, or several years of experience in lieu of degree; certifications in related area considered in lieu of experience8+ years of relevant work experience3+ years of experience working in Right Angle development and/or functional support5+ years of experience in .NET coding in Right Angle or other application platformStrong experience with SQL Server scripts and stored proceduresStrong leadership ability, advanced analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis skills.Proven success in driving projects and delivering results and strategic thinking capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience on RightAngle applicationProven track record in troubleshooting various systems like RightAngleAbility to share support responsibility with other team members, which will occasionally require 24/7 supportRequired experience is commensurate with the selected job level: Usually, normal office working conditions.Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.Occasional overnight travel may be required.Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.An equal opportunity employer/disability/vet DISCLAIMER: The statements listed in this job posting, which are subject to change, are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
