Lead Stars Marketing

This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who is excited about understanding our customers, serving our business partners, navigating a large and matrixed organization, and dreaming big about how we can use Marketing to drive Stars results. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead day-to-day execution of the Stars campaign lifecycle, translating priorities into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables from intake through launch, measurement,andoptimization + Act as the primary Marketing partner for Stars measure and initiative owners (e.g., HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS) by gathering requirements, aligning on campaign goals, and converting business needs into actionable marketing plans and campaign briefs + Coordinate with the Hive and vendor partners to develop Stars campaign creative and collateral, ensuring materials are on brand, compliant, and delivered on schedule + Ensure Stars campaigns have defined measurement plans and test-and-learn approaches; partner with analytics teams tomonitorperformance and recommend refinements, scaling, ordiscontinuationbased on results + Support Stars campaigns throughnew enterprise ways of working, includingpreparation ofdata-backed assessments, tracking decisions/actionsatenterprise governance forums, and eventual integration with the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) capabilities + Coordinateacross theStars and Clinical Marketing teamto align member touchpoints whereappropriatetoreduceabrasion and improve effectiveness + Continuously improve Stars outreach byidentifyingopportunities to strengthen targeting, messaging, channel mix, and journey design **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) + 5+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, program management, orrelatedrole delivering cross-functional work in a matrixed environment + Demonstrated ability to lead work through influence (without direct authority), coordinating stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and driving to decisions and delivery + Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from intake and planning through execution and measurement + Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort aligning partners, surfacing risks/tradeoffs, and navigating standard governance/approval processes + Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills; able to translate ambiguousasksinto clear plans, requirements, and next steps using available data and input + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear briefs, synthesize input, and deliver concise updates and performance readouts + Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change; able to flex between strategy and execution and adjust plans as priorities evolve **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's degree (MBA, MPH, or related) + Experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare services, or health plan marketing + Demonstrated Stars knowledge, including familiarity with common Stars measures and how member engagement campaigns can support performance + Experience working in a regulated environment and navigating legal/compliance review processes for marketing communications + Experience partnering with quality/clinical/operations stakeholders to turn business priorities into member engagement campaigns + Background in agile marketing practices, journey-based campaign planning, or test-and-learn/experimentation **Location:** Hybrid in-office preferred in one of the following cities: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Chicago, IL. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
