Director of Medical Policy Craft and execute a worldwide, multi-channel strategy for building awareness among highly targeted audiences, nurturing them to consideration, and driving conversion. You'll manage multiple campaigns, optimize channel and campaign allocations to maximize revenue, and establish the structure and processes to operate a centralized worldwide paid advertising team with stakeholders across geographies and product lines. A high-caliber team of paid marketers will be built, mentored, and managed under your leadership to consistently meet or exceed their ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities: • Mature our growth engine while pushing the boundaries in B2B marketing • Partner closely with creative, content, growth, analytics, and GTM teams to achieve business success • Hit or exceed targets and continuously optimize channel and campaign allocations to maximize revenue • Establish the structure and processes to operate a centralized worldwide paid advertising team with stakeholders across geographies and product lines • Build, mentor, and manage a high-caliber team of paid marketers to consistently meet or exceed their targets Requirements: • 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 in performance marketing • ~3+ years managing a team of ~ • Hands-on-keys DSP and/or social platform expertise; experience across display, native, OLV, CTV, LinkedIn, Meta, and/or YouTube required • Strong technical ability with proven experience working with ad platforms, pixels, and feeds • Confidence analyzing large data sets & using findings to make recommendations, develop, and execute strategies • Experience working with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus • BS/BA or equivalent work experience
