DESCRIPTION: We are seeking on-site Leasing Consultants who will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day leasing functions, the renewal process and marketing/advertising programs for luxury properties. Applicant should be inquisitive, energetic, hard-working, highly motivated and committed to providing superior resident service. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: -1+ years of related property management in the multifamily industry. -Lease UP experience is preferred. Must occasionally be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
