A positive experience for a potential tenant could make the decision of whether or not the tenant decides to lease. Responsibilities include showing available properties and conducting tours of the property and ensuring that all potential tenants leave the property with thorough knowledge of property features and rental availability. The Leasing Account Manager will take a lead role in marketing rental property features and amenities to potential tenants by placing ads in all real-estate sites, following up on leads, distributing fliers and taking photos of the properties for marketing purposes. Training will be provided to learn the specifics of this job and the management of single-family properties. Leasing or Property Management: 1 year preferred
