ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of this position include but are not limited to the following: A positive experience for a potential tenant could make the decision of whether or not the tenant decides to lease. Marketing Rental Properties: The Leasing Account Associate will take a lead role in marketing rental property features and amenities to potential tenants by placing ads in all real-estate sites, following up on leads, distributing fliers and taking photos of the properties for marketing purposes. Training will be provided to learn the specifics of this job and the management of single-family properties. Leasing or Property Management: 1 year preferred
