Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective and current residents Ensure appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property Accept and complete required application information from prospective residents Create all lease documents Maintain and update Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book Assist Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect Help Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Requirements: Today our company owns and manages over 50 real estate properties, including apartment units and mobile home pads.
