\\- Proper submission of processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. - Ensure the apartment is ready for the resident to move in on the agreed date and as per the tenant requirements. - -Type lease and complete appropriate paperwork and input information on system accurately and on a timely basis. -Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters. Demonstrate the ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem
