We are a property management company looking for an enthusiastic, professional and well qualified Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing properties, screening prospective tenants and decreasing vacancy by achieving occupancy and rental goals. This position will oversee the entire rental process from move-ins to move-outs as well as lease renewals and rental increases. Leasing Agent Requirements: • 2 Years experience as a Leasing Agent or similar position.
