Qualifications and Requirements: * Know how to market * Able to manage social media * Computer Skills (Microsoft Word; Learn Rent Manager- web based management system) * Able to read, write and communicate in English * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) * Detail oriented, honest, organized, self-motivated, excellent work ethic * Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in-person * Align with our core values
