Leasing Agent

We are a San Francisco based Property Management company seeking two Leasing Agents to rent apartments throughout San Francisco. The Leasing Agent is fundamental to the success of our company as they will be the first line of contact for all future residents. In addition to providing exceptional customer service with quick and efficient response times to all inquires, the Leasing Agent will be responsible for generating apartment leads, applicant traffic, scheduling appointments/apartment showings, maximizing market rents and overseeing their advertising and marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities Include: -Work with the Vice President of Leasing and Property Managers to generate pricing strategies for upcoming vacancies \\- Prepare comparative market analysis for vacancies \\- Post advertisements for vacant units \\- Manage life cycle of relations of all leads through first contact through move-in \\- Schedule appointments with potential renters and show vacancies \\- Direct all applicants through our underwriting process \\- Follow-up with prospective residents in a timely manner \\- Interface with outsourced underwriting company \\- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers \\- Acquaint new residents with leasing documentation \\- Prepare leasing packet (Lease Agreement, Parking/Pet Addendum, etc.) \\- Coordinate lease signing with applicant \\- Adhere to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing Laws \\- Ensure that all new rental and move-in documents are organized and archived properly Required Qualifications: \\- Current California real estate salesperson license \\- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills \\- Ability to work independently and creatively \\- Must be innovative and constantly seek for improvement both of the company and personally \\- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills \\- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
