Leasing agent and social media marketing coordinator

The leasing agent reports to and works under the assistant property manager & property manager. The leasing agent will assist in all property issues when and as needed. Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on database and appropriate reports. Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed Service Requests on a weekly basis.
