• Showing apartments in a positive, friendly manner and treating all prospective tenants with enthusiasm, consistently and fairly in accordance with Fair Housing Laws • Turning in all Traffic Reports to General Manager in a timely manner. • Go over move out process with tenants when they give notice to vacate • Ability and willingness to assume General Manager responsibilities when needed as related to showing apartments and handing out applications, meeting with vendors and other minimal duties as needed or assigned As the Leasing Agent you must be able and willing to work within a team as well as independently.
