Leasing Agent For Apartment Communities

Candidate would be responsible for the day to day management and leasing activities of the property and report to the property manager on a daily basis. At least two years of property management experience as an apartment community manager or leasing agent is preferred but not required. Type lease and complete appropriate paperwork and input information on Management Software System accurately and on a timely basis. Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters. Assist in planning resident functions.
