The ideal candidate would have previous apartment leasing experience, a strong commitment to sales and be able to assist the manager with all other aspects of property supervision. JOB REQUIREMENTS \\-- Daily office and on-site duties, including leasing, advertising, walking and showing of the property. \\- Assist in the supervision of full time maintenance staff. Strong computer skills are a plus. -Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills.
