The Leasing Agent is responsible for developing marketing programs to generate prospective residents and for converting those prospective residents into actual residents; achieving occupancy goals for the property. Required Experience: One or more years' experience with residential real estate management. 2-3 years of Tax Credit, Section 8 and/o Public Housing Experience required. as well as distribute flyers and advertising materials.
