Job Duties: - writing creative ads and organizing photos for advertising; - answering phone/email/text inquiries on vacancies; - showing and "selling" the unit to prospects; - processing applications; - following up with leads - meet or exceed move in goals -work with managers to know available inventory Requirements: - hard worker, goal oriented; - neat, professional appearance; - thorough understanding of fair housing laws; - excellent customer service and people skills; - valid drivers license, reliable vehicle with insurance.
