Be sure to assist your clients and find them the perfect unit for them • Direct communication, streamlined systems-directly working with application processing team, and property managers speeds up the leasing process for both you and your clients REQUIREMENTS • Must have a car • Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required • Desire to learn more about the real estate industry • Highly motivated to sell and a confident, positive attitude • Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail • Weekend hours required • Basic technology skills required (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) If real estate is a career path you've been considering, Cagan is a great place to start and learn all aspects of the rental industry.
