Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, this position provides best-in-class sales and customer service support for the incoming residents and current residents of the Trinity communities. Apply directly at https://www.trinitysf.com/about-trinity/careers/ Duties and Responsibilities • Greet prospective residents, provide relevant information on unit inquiries in person, via email, or over the phone with goal of setting appointments to tour community and units • Sell prospects on community amenities, unit features, location, and pricing • Keep accurate and detailed records of phone, in-person or other interactions with potential residents in leasing software • Conduct comparative research surveys as requested to ensure competitive marketplace rates and understanding of competition’s specials, pricing, and product including apartment features, community amenities and customer service • Prequalify prospects for application process, screen and qualify rental applications, prepare leases, submit for review and follow-up with applicants • Ensure new residents have a successful move in experience, including collecting all required items such as payment, valid government photo ID, and renter’s insurance prior to move in. Conduct new resident orientation • Conduct final walk of vacant unit pre-move in and address any outstanding issues • Coordinate physical move in and move out for residents • Create and post eye-catching advertising to Craigslist • Ensure other marketing sources display accurate and up to date information on community • Lease parking spaces to residents and non-resident parkers to maintain highest desirable occupancy • Gain knowledge of Trinity’s entire portfolio of properties so prospects can be directed to sister properties as appropriate • Assist current residents with questions or issues in a timely and professional manner • Ensure target leasing goals are met or overachieved to ensure property maintains highest desirable occupancy • Inspect property throughout the course of workday to ensure tour path and community curb appeal meet Trinity standards • Spiff common areas and vacant units as requested • Maintain inventory of office supplies and marketing materials • Maintain professional appearance, included adherence to dress code and desk standards • Assist with administrative and managerial tasks as requested • Other duties and assignments as requested by management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Computer skills, including professional communication in documentation and email • Experience in Yardi environment preferred • High energy and commitment to self-motivate, multi-task and remain busy Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • 2 years leasing, customer service, hospitality, or multi-family experience • Excellent customer service through written and verbal skills • Extreme attention to detail, strong work ethic and follow through • Weekends required The above statements describe the essential functions and qualifications needed for this position and has been prepared by Trinity to use in planning, staffing, budgeting and/or evaluation of employees.
