Leasing Agents for Multi-Site Property Managment Co. in Downtown Boise

We are looking for two residential leasing agents to join our team! Someone who has excellent customer service skills and experience working in a client-facing environment will be able to pick up the specifics of residential leasing quickly. We are looking for people who are self- motivated and who can work independently. Parklane Management values its people, and we are offering a very competitive pay and benefits package to join our team. \\- Field inquiries from prospective and current tenants \\- Facilitate communication between Leasing, Finance and Maintenance departments as it pertains to Leasing activities \\- Process Rental Applications and send recommendations to Leasing Manager \\- Send application and payment information to prospective tenants \\- Write and execute new leases \\- Greet and assist tenants and vendors who come into the office \\- Take photographs and write ads for our properties \\- Update ads on our website and various sites \\- Schedule and conduct showings for tenants as needed \\--Leasing Agent / Property & Unit Inspection-- This position is a full-time position that is also based out of our office in Downtown Boise but will spend significant time out in the field.
