Who We Need: Kane Residential, an entity of Kane Realty Corporation, is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the role of Leasing Specialist for our mixed-use apartment community in Greensboro, NC at Revolution Mill. How This Role Creates Value: Leasing Greet and tour new prospects with enthusiasm for the product and build quality, long-term relationships with all those whom you come in contact with. Support Maintenance teams to ensure that units are ready for move-in and meet company standards. Plan, host, organize, and attend resident and marketing events on a weekly basis.
