Must be to be able to walk up and down three flights of stairs to show apartments and have the physical ability to do some snow removal. An intermediate level of computer proficiency is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position has room for growth as we expand to new construction buildings and add more apartments. Wage is $18+ per hour, with an estimated work hours of 10-15 hours per week at this time.
