New luxury apartment community seeks a full time Leasing Consultant in Lowell, MA. The best candidates must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices • Inspect apartments, buildings and/or grounds as necessary • Maintain online advertising and social media accounts • Assist in conducting market surveys • Prepare monthly newsletter and assist with resident events • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents • Process and submit invoices for payment • Perform other duties as they arise • At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience required • Must submit to and pass a background screening • Must submit to and pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English References are required and will be verified.
