Job Description: • Greet and tour prospective residents • Process applications for approval and prepare lease paperwork • Submit work orders and ensure proper follow through • Monitor lease renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices • Inspect apartments, buildings and/or grounds as necessary • Maintain online advertising and social media accounts • Assist in conducting market surveys • Prepare monthly newsletter and assist with resident events • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents • Process and submit invoices for payment • Perform other duties as they arise
