Job description COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Doran Properties Group is responsible for developing, marketing, and managing the Doran Family’s award-winning portfolio of commercial properties, including high end retail and luxury multi-family communities in the Upper Midwest. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of lease up experience with demonstrated sales ability and 1 year of Leasing experience is required. Enters property traffic data in Yardi/CRM daily. Educates potential residents of the advantages of leasing at the property. Days and Hours worked will be subject to the office hours of the property you are assigned to.
