The Leasing Consultant position is responsible for all leasing activities including but not limited to: touring apartments with clients, lease and or pre-lease apartments, complete lease/renewal paperwork, explain lease and all paperwork to the client, operating property software systems, walk apartments and community and assist with resident relations. • Must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel as well as Internet Explorer. Contributes ideas to the manager for marketing property and for improving resident satisfaction. Reports need to the manager. • Assists manager and assistant manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.
