Leasing Consultant

Seeking a qualified Full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team and assist in the leasing/marketing activities of a Tax Credit apartment community in Clearwater, Florida. Under the direction of the Property Manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Helping to strategize marketing and outreach efforts including on Social Media • Maintaining and updating advertisements, print and internet • Scheduling appointments to view apartments • Conducting community and apartment tours virtually, for now. • Processing applications under established LIHTC guidelines • Assisting with resident services & activities • Help to ensuring resident retention • General administrative support as needed and assigned This position will also include assisting in administrative and customer service functions--providing responsive, courteous, and efficient service to all individuals who come in contact with the management office. Experience in real estate management, leasing and/or marketing, Onesite, Lead2Lease and the Tax Credit program are a plus. Must have strong customer service skills.
