• Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and current residents meet. • Open the models each day and turn on lights and air conditioning/ heat, make sure a “scent” is evident in the model, and the model is clean and ready to show. Transfer calls to Assistance Manager or Manager when appropriate. • Maintain resident demographic in the computer on all residents at both move- in and renewal time. No phone calls please.
