Leasing Consultant

Maxus Leasing Consultants are responsible for the marketing and leasing of our apartments, and the maintaining of positive resident relations of our communities. We have a passion for our people, and we believe in setting you up for success from day one! DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include: Manage most aspects of the leasing process, including greeting guests and recording all in-person, phone, email, text traffic, assess needs, qualify prospects, ensure apartments are made ready in order to effectively demonstrate and lease apartments, process applications, completing move- in/lease paperwork/inspections. Complete all marketing/advertising activities at the direction of the community manager. Assist with resident retention with renewal programs, community events, etc.
