We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 184-unit garden apartment community in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Act as the property’s main point of contact for site operations including apartment tours and leasing to prospects, • Marketing out-reach and advertising • Work order preparation • Document management for leases, renewals, riders, etc. • Work closely with the building Superintendent and maintenance team in providing outstanding customer service to our residents.
