The Leasing Agent is the property’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, to professionally present the features and benefits of their assigned property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified applicants. • Must have complete knowledge of lease contract, application and other addenda. • Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and current residents meet. Transfer calls to Assistance Manager or Manager when appropriate. • Maintain resident demographic in the computer on all residents at both move- in and renewal time.
