Prefer candidate with experience in the real estate industry. Must have own personal reliable vehicle to use daily and a valid Driver's License. -Driving duties is required to run errands and to drive to housing/ sites. A personal reliable vehicle is required. Minimum Requirements: -High School Diploma -Associate's Degree is preferred -Type at least 45 wpm -Proficient in using a computer (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) -Good written and oral communication skills -Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills -1+ years of Office Administration experience required -Previous experience in multi-family housing property management and sales and/or marketing, preferably with a military property management background.
