Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at the Timber Cove Apartments in Decatur, IL. We are offering up to $13/hrs plus commissions, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off. Click here to apply to our Leasing Opportunity \- Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community \- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing \- Must be available Saturdays \- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property \- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required \- Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDI \- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book. \- Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field \- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software \- Have good verbal and written communication \- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.
