Maxus Properties is seeking to hire a full-time Leasing Consultant for Commerce Tower Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri. DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include: Manage most aspects of the leasing process, including greeting guests and recording all in-person, phone, email, and text traffic, assessing needs, qualifying prospects, ensuring apartments are made ready in order to effectively demonstrate and lease apartments, processing applications, completing move-in/lease paperwork/inspections. Use good judgment to know when to escalate matters to the property manager. Assist with resident retention with renewal programs, community events, etc.
