Leasing Consultant Full Time

Our Leasing consultant will work with potential residents through the move-in process by handling phone calls, conducting property tours, working with the potential resident to complete the application. Duties include: o Manages all aspects of the leasing process, including, but not limited to, incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork. Required Skills: o Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. o Detail oriented; ability to manage conflicting priorities and to adjust priorities on a daily basis. Leasing experience in multi-family housing a plus, but not required.
