We are looking for a seasoned leasing consultant & property manager to oversee our 7 Shaker Heights properties with a combined 100+ residential units. Special attention will be given to candidates that include a cover letter. -Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising channels -Provide accurate information on the different features of properties -Validate and make sure application information is completed -Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements -Keep abreast of the property market status -Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically -Create build out sheets with maintenance tech upon move out -Create lease, prepare data base files, take move in/ out pictures, create tenant move in packet, and collect security deposit for initial lease. -Distribute notices and update all database information for lease renewals Required Qualifications: -Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance -High school or equivalent certification Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Have: -At least 2 years of property leasing/ property management experience -Proven working experience as a leasing consultant -Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations -Proven track record of successful sales -Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques -Knowledge of fair housing regulation Compensation & Commission; Benefits: -$17.00 per hour to start -Health insurance -Paid time-off -Paid holidays -Monthly gas allowance -Commission pay for contracted units -sign on bonus after 90 days Additional Information: Waterstone Property Management maintains COVID-19 precautions in our offices and we expect our employees to adhere to the recommended CDC guidelines.
