Initiate sales activity; maintain knowledge of the market to maintain a competitive edge; conduct monthly telephone market surveys and bi-monthly physical shop. Review collateral and advertising and make recommendations on market strategies to the Community Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Advise Community Manager of conditions at the community affecting the resident’s safety and dissatisfaction or the properties preservation. 1-year customer service or sales experience.
