Leasing Consultant/Marketing Specialist

We have a need for our established multi-site property management business. This full-time role will is responsible for the first impression and to start the foundation in building a good reputation as it relates to promoting and leasing various styles of apartments, student housing and commercial space throughout multiple locations in Lancaster & York. Responsibilities include: · Assess & prioritize work in a results focused manner · Update property listings, manage website & blog, post on social media and perform other marketing tasks · Track leads and evaluate advertising/marketing to improve exposure · Correspond and communicate with prospects and applicants · Provide information on qualifications and explain the application process · Perform in-person and virtual unit tours · Coordinate appointments when conducting tours of occupied units · Operate in a professional and uniform way in strict accordance with Fair Housing guidelines · Produce and distribute marketing materials including, flyers, photos and videos · Assist in applicant screening · Perform other office support related tasks · Provide constructive feedback and appropriate reports to Property Manager · Work safely and efficiently · Maintain a professional appearance and courteous manner with all prospects, applicants, residents and fellow employees · Be available to schedule evening/weekend appointments as may be necessary The right candidate should have the following qualifications: -Experience in Real Estate Leasing and a PA Real Estate Sales License -Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and be organized with an attention to detail -Familiarity with apartment/commercial properties and buildings -Good communication skills -Proficient in computer software and avid technology use -Be able to work independently and with other team members as needed -PA Real Estate License will be required, we will work with the right candidate to obtain their license within the first 3 months -PA driver's license & be able to travel between multiple property sites to perform duties
