As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and effectively implementing a marketing plan and community outreach programs in order to maximize advertising and opportunities for leases. * Conduct community and apartment tours with prospective residents. * Closely monitor leasing performance and prospect traffic compared to goals and utilize relevant reports to substantiate recommendations as needed to modify ad sources and marketing plan.
