The position is full-time, non-exempt. This position is primarily responsible for supporting occupancy by aligning the leasing of apartments with company’s objectives. • Support company’s occupancy objectives by focusing leasing agents throughout the portfolio on delivering results and achieve leasing success. • Proven sales and leasing experience • Ability to connect with, motivate, and mentor leasing agents • Knowledge of Yardi preferred • Excellent written/oral communication skills • Exceptional customer service • Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc. Trinity is a fun, friendly, and growing San Francisco property management company with a variety of residential and commercial buildings located around The City.
