The primary function of the Leasing & Marketing Assistant is assisting in the planning of community events, actively participating in on-and off-campus activities, and providing service to prospective residents to meet specific goals as outlined by the Community Manager. The Leasing & Marketing Assistant should be outgoing and must act as a quality leader to the Community Ambassadors. Leasing & Marketing • Monitor and maintain model and tour route on a daily basis • Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal • Assist in tracking and reporting of leasing data, metrics and goals • Assist in developing and executing methods to retain residents and gain new ones • Create and maintain relationships with vendors • Organize and manage monthly resident events • Organize and manage monthly marketing events • Prepare for and execute housing fairs and other on campus events • Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence • Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents Work Environment • The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
