Summary of Position: Lead Hub Central’s marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals with an emphasis on customer service and experience. Responsibilities: \\- Manage Hub Central’s digital presence at all stages of the resident lifecycle, from discovery (branding, website, social media, listings) to residency (management communications) \\- Understand the unique elements of each property within the portfolio and develop respective leasing strategies by staying informed about current market and competitor conditions \\- Prepare market, occupancy and leasing strategy reports on a regular cadence \\- Manage the leasing process by listing units on appropriate platforms (e.g. Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) and coordinating viewings with on- site managers \\- Track occupancy and other leasing-related activities using the community management software application (Buildium) \\- Handle resident communication with positive and professional tone and language \\- Be familiar with state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing \\- Keep up with current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area of responsibility Role Details: \\- Remote (optional travel to visit properties) \\- Part-time: 20-25 hours per week; $23/hour \\- Benefits: Flexible hours Education and Experience Requirements: \\- High School Diploma or GED \\- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing that demonstrates ability to positively represent company preferred \\- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to sell and explain apartment amenities and answer questions regarding residency \\- Literate with computerized financial and word processing software \\- Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances, including using Craigslist, Google, Facebook and other search engines, and navigating the internet and websites.
