The Leasing & Marketing Manager is accountable for driving all leasing and marketing operations and administration across the company. The Manager will drive year-round occupancy and retention efforts, as well as partner with the Site Managers and Director of Property Operations to ensure the successful lease-up of new properties. Responsible for ensuring the successful leadership and operations of the leasing process: - Routinely meets with Site Leadership staff and team members to ensure property operations and standards are consistent with applicable organization and Landlord/Tenant Law. - Student housing and/or non-profit organization experience is a plus.
