Leasing Marketing Manager

Summary: The LEASING MARKETING MANAGER will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day leasing functions and marketing/advertising programs for the portfolio and management company.  Set and achieve sales goals each quarter, motivating the leasing agents in the office to follow your lead.  Supports leasing agents throughout the leasing timeline via weekly meetings, creating deadlines, following up for feedback and progress  Ensure all administrative responsibilities involved in the leasing process are followed by all.  Attend weekly meetings with Director of Operations/VP of Property Management to discuss marketing and sales strategies for available units. DRIVING/TRAVELING REQUIREMENTS  Frequent need (66% to 100% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to perform property tours, conduct outreach marketing, and run property related errands.
