Leasing & Marketing Specialist

The Leasing and Marketing Specialist is a customer-facing leasing and marketing position responsible for resident acquisition, tours, renewal programs, marketing strategy and execution, and support for resident communications and community engagement. Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of fair housing regulations Ability to analyze occupancy data and develop strategic plans.
