This position will report directly to the Property Manager and will be responsible for all sales and outreach marketing initiatives for the community. Assists in branding the overall property through cutting‑edge marketing campaigns and on‑site promotional events. Communicates all problems or potential issues and makes recommendations to the Property Manager and/or Maintenance. Plans, assists with, and supports on‑site resident events and programming as applicable. 401K Retirement Plan – Voya Financial; Employee Contribution Eligibility at 1st of the month following 90 days; eligible for Employer Match after 1 Year of Service; up to 4% Company Match.
