Trilogy Residential Management (“Company”) is the affiliated Property Management Company of Trilogy Real Estate Group, a privately held real estate investment and property management firm with a focus on multifamily apartments and commercial real estate. The Leasing Professional will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfactions through the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. * Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community. * Uses property management software to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, management resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information about existing and future residents. * Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or sales and customer service.
