Leasing Professional Needed

“Paradise Management is a progressive employer that offers custom benefit packages, training and development with room for growth.” The main jobs functions of the Leasing & Marketing Professional are to greet prospects and residents, lease and prelease apartments, present the features and benefits of their assigned community, properly secure lease agreements from qualified applicants, and assist with resident and employee relations. To be eligible for consideration for the position of Leasing & Marketing Professional, the following minimum qualifications must be met: • Must have at least a high school diploma (college hours preferred). • Inspect models and make ready units daily or as directed by the Property Manager to ensure cleanliness. • Become familiar with all Paradise Management, LLC policies and procedures. • Make service request follow up calls and complete work orders in management software.
