Leasing Professional - Redwood Park

Greystar has an immediate opening for a Leasing Professional at Redwood Park. Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The 232 units offer garden-style apartments, with all the comforts of a home. We offer studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. What your day might look like • Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service • Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours • Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers' • Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes • Community event planning and execution • Follow up with prospects by phone and email • Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units • Assisting in lease renewals • Respond to resident concerns What we are looking for • Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can- do attitude is required • Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress Greystar provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
