Leasing Specialist

We are currently searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at our University River Village community of over 200 units. Oversees the Leasing teams performance with all overall leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals. Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community’s occupancy and sales results, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy. Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, marketing plans, drives, and special programs Develop effective off-site marketing networks and strategies, especially with Davis University and other student networks. Follow-up with all leads to lease.
